It is too early for this product on our daughter so cannot know size issues. But we went on a ten mile hike and it was threatening rain so I took it just in case. She was 13 weeks and in the carrier. It worked brilliantly and although a little hot and sweaty because it is not breathable. My daughter was very happy in it if a little swamped and it made it easy to be in the carrier. Can't wait to use it when she is the right size as it is going to be great for her crawling.
