This was an amazing pram until around 3 months ago when things began ..., 23 Sept. 2015

I was bought the NEO X3 in black 10 months ago. This was an amazing pram until around 3 months ago when things began to fall apart!

The plastic spine for the hood now pokes through, the front wheels get stuck in the sideways position when you lower it down the curb or out of a doorway. The wing nuts that hold the hood in place started disappearing and my partner has had to buy replacement ones, and these last 2 months the bolts holding the frame together have started snapping off!! The pushchair may be 10 months old since I bought it but I have only been using it for 9 months as my daughter was late arriving.

To top it all off i have attempted to contact the seller numerous times as I understand the pushchair to have warranty but no one has responded!

I have not abused the pushchair at all. My partner upgraded the Inner tubes to puncture proof liners and it is well cared for.

I was over the moon with this until 3 months ago. Maybe my pram was faulty to begin with...
