the cream is supplied in a plastic canister and to access the cream there is aplunger in the lid.The one I received would not supply cream when the plungerwas depressed. I had emails with the suppliers but they would not replace the itembut insisted that by inserting a pencil in the base and banging it this would release.the plunger mechanism - IT DID NOT. The cream is for treatment of psoriasis and as it is required daily I eventually managed to remove the top of the canister and access the cream. I would not recommend the suppliers to anyone due to the complete lack of customer service.

Perfect for eczema or dry skin conditions, 24 Feb. 2015
This cream is excellent. Its very similar to other emollients such as E45, aveeno and aqueous cream. It can be used for all sorts of dry skin problems, such as eczema. It comes in a huge tub so is good value for money. It's best applied several times a day and leaves the skin soft and moisturised. There's no strong smell/fragrance, and it rubs in/absorbs very easily leaving no greasiness to rub off on clothes. It comes in a pump dispenser to keep the cream inside uncontaminated.Perfect for eczema sufferers and older people with dry flakey skin. It's recommended by our local dermatology department, and definitely worth trying if you have dry skin.

This product is very safe for sensitive skin and no fragrance or chemical added. I really like it since I have long time looking for smoothing suiting my skin.
