After doing a lot of research I opted and bought two packs of newborn size couple of weeks before my LO arrived. It was recommended to buy two packs as a starter by one of the reviewers and I'm glad I followed the advice. What I really love about this is that I didn't have to change the nappy cover every time my LO done her business.

Pros

- Easy to wash and dry very quick (I dry in radiator and air dry using my rack)

- very good quality material

- doesn't over load your washing machine unlike the reusable all in one popper nappies

- easy to set up and put in your babies bum

- very very absorbent just don't forget to change your baby every 2-3 hours as I did and the result can give your baby a bit of nappy rash

- environmental friendly

- will save you a lot of money

Cons

- you have to change your baby every 2 hours depending on how heavy wetter your baby is.

- no matter how much absorbent you think the nappy is please...

Finally a cloth nappy that works, 12 Dec. 2012
We have bought a large assortment of cloth diapers/nappies, and all have been a disappointment until we started with Real Nappies. It's great to have several different sizes of nappies, as the "one size fits all, just adjust the snaps" idea doesn't seem to work well in reality. These nappies work much better than disposables for containing major poo explosions. As with all cloth diapers, they must be changed much more frequently than disposables, every hour or two, with our little girl. The plastic cover works well to contain the urine, it's just that the dampness irritates her skin.

As a first time Mum, I'm very excited at the prospect of using reusable nappies.... There is quite a choice out there and this product appealed to me as its a starter pack and this includes all you need plus a cd demo.Having never used reusables they have moved on a great deal from when I was a kid, so this pack is great if u are starting out. Admittedly I yet to use the product( she has not arrived yet!) but I'm very excited at the prospect of doing so!!
