Our little one sleeps very comfortably using this pillow, we use it during the day only. We bought it because we were worried about her flat head and we can see signs of improvement after a month. We also bought a special pillow for when she is on her back so that may also be the reason for improvement. You can change the width of this pillow to suit babies of different sizes. Very happy with this purchase.

Our daughter suffered with reflux in her early years and after trying everything else we decided to try side sleeping for her but she always ended up rolling onto her back and then being sick and choking. These positioners worked a treat and she was able to lie on her side from just a few weeks old. At 3 and a half months we still put her down with these although now she is getting bigger she sometimes wriggles her way onto her back again but now doesn't cause as many issues with her sleep. If you need a cheaper alternative to all the expensive fancy positioners on the market then this is a very good option.
