I don't have a manikin or do first aid training - I bought these to clean up a joystick before selling it on Ebay - the rubber had aged and started to deteriorate (i.e. it went sticky/clammy) - after a bit of searching, alcohol wipes turned out to be the recommended solution. They did the job perfectly, although it took a few go's to sort out.

I have bought these alcohol wipes to clean the CPU of laptops, so far they have done the job well and are worth the price as they are of good quality and quantity.
