Replacement Battery for Snuza Hero, Halo and Go Baby Breathing Monitor (14250 size) is available in Thermometers

This is a genuine Saft 14250 3.6V battery to fit the original non-SE and non-MD versions of the Snuza Hero, Halo and Go! baby movement monitors ONLY.

These models DO NOT have the letters 'SE' or 'MD' in small writing on the front label of the device, next to the word "Hero" or "Go!". See additional photos for details.

NOT COMPATIBLE with newer Hero or Go! models which have "SE" or "MD" on the front label. SE and MD models take a different size of battery.

Sometimes when a new battery is fitted to a Snuza the battery meter shows it as empty. If this occurs then please reset your Snuza using the following reset procedure:

- With the unit switched off, press the on/off button
- As soon as the unit starts its self-test (LEDs light up) press and hold both buttons at the same time
- The unit will beep and turn off
- Switch the unit on and let it self-test
- Test the unit by pressing the rubber sensor gently. The middle LED should light up
- Place the unit on a table with no movement and it should alarm
- Your Snuza is now ready for use

If after the reset procedure the battery still shows as empty then your Snuza might have developed a fault whereby it shorts out the battery causing it to heat up. Please test your Snuza with another new battery or have it checked by Snuza. Do not use it with your child. Contact us for further information.
