Very happy: good quality, easy to wash, comfortable and good for the environment!, 5 Aug. 2016

I decided to purchase this product because I felt extremely guilty for using disposible breast pads because of the harm I was doing to the environment. The reusuable bamboo breastfeeding pads are excellent. I have used them everyday since receiving them and am very happy with the quality. I have quite a large milk supply and used to go through at least 4-5 changes of disposible breast pads a day. I now only need to insert the bamboo pads in the morning and take them out again the next morning when I wake up. They can go straight in the washing machine - I washed them with other clothes on a normal 30 degree cycle. I left them out to dry and when I checked them the next morning, they were totally dry and ready to use again. They are soft and comfortable on the nipple. They fit nicely into nursing bras. An extra benefit has been that they don't start smelling. With the disposible pads I seemed to constantly smell of milk but these bamboo pads conceal the smell. They also fit easily into...

Good product, good absorbancy, slight design tweaks needed, 21 Sept. 2016

I've been looking for good reusable pads for a while and these are a really good product which are very absorbant and comfortable. They come in a handy bag for easy storage and easy to wash and dry (there are no washing instructions with them but can be washed at 30 degrees).The only drawbacks are firstly that the edge of the pad is quite bulky so is visable through clothes (although under winter layers may not be such an issue) and, linked to this, for the larger woman they are probably not large enough to wear at night if wearing a night bra. I have been in contact with the seller and she has taken these points on board and will be reviewing the product with the manufacturer. Other than that a really good and very comfortable product and I would definitely recommend them.

Very absorbent and durable pads, 29 Sept. 2016

I have a few other washable breast pads and these are definitely the most absorbent. I got the small size since I'm an A cup but they are quite little and you need to make sure they are positioned correctly or else it ends up leaking onto your bra! The pads are sturdy so you can see them thru your clothes if you are wearing thin layers-- I make sure I wear a particular nursing bra and it's fine. I have been using for about a month now and no leaks apart from my positioning mistakes. The zipper pouch it comes in is really handy for travelling. I suppose you could carry out and about with you as well but have found I don't need to replace during the day at all. Just one pair for daytime and other for nighttime and that's all. Very comfortable as well.
