This mirror is great for the magnification it provides. This mirror is very pleasing to look a with a nice reflective silver finish on the stand. HOWEVER, it is important that I mention the lighting is quite weak. I apply make-up almost everyday and regularly use this mirror and the lighting is the only but major let-down. It gives a yellow warm tinge to the skin and does not light up as much as the high watt bulbs you would normally associate with make-up mirrors. It is good value for money but if looking for a high quality, high watt mirror - this is not it.

waste of money, 11 July 2013

my reason of buying an illuminated mirror was to be able to put my make up with better light conditions and avoid the "clown effect" when the natural light is not bright enough. Well, in this case the mirror is a total disappointment. As a mirror surface it is ok but I didn't need to spent all this extra money for a "luxury" mirror that does the same job with the "simple" one. For me it is a useless item, simply a waste of money.

Poor quality and not bright enough unlike others, 12 Oct. 2013

Purchased this for me and my wife, to us but was not really bright and didn't seem to be as good as quality as i hoped. We now own a 'clearview' double sided mirror which is much brighter and of better quality.
