This 3 in 1 Preschool Early Learning Toy is a fun thing and an ideal gift that teaches hand eye coordination

to children from 3 years old and upwards. It came to me as a sample for test and review purposes.

It was neatly packaged in a colourful box, which contained 5 plastic rings, 5 wooden fish, 2 wooden balls,

2 fishing rods with magnetic ends, and 2 wooden blocks which comprise the base, offering three games

in one. The wooden parts are smooth with no sharp edges and easy to wipe clean.

You simply overlap the wooden blocks and place the fish on the upright pegs, the heads of the fish are

magnetic as are the ends of the fishing rods and collect the fish. The plastic rings can be thrown over the

fish as a Hoop La game, or "Ring Toss" as it is described on the box. The balls can be used to knock the

fish over, rather like skittles, or you can simply set the fish in a row on a flat surface and bowl them over.

The idea of this toy is a good one. It is, however, much smaller than the packaging leads you to believe and for young children affects their ability to hit the targets (ie get the hoops over the skittles). Im sure our grandaughter will appreciate it more when her motor skills are better developed.
