Took this out of the packaging. Was really impressed as it looked lovely. Then went to retract it, worked a treat. Put the lid on the popped into my handback. While out tried to use it. The brush won't now come up, it's stuck so I can't use it.Didn't cost much so not really bothered to send back etc but :-(
