After abit of jiggling around we managed to get the look as the picture there was two pools missing from the box but once we got them it was perfect .. The best fire guard iv ever had !! Looks great very sturdy and you can un clip it to clean around it .. Like the other review said the attachment that fixes it to the wall add on a few cm s to the dimensions projecting forwards but it's really great and if you have got the space it's lovely ... I was worried about getting hot as we have a wood burner but it isn't a problem at all it gets warm at best .. Obviously that depends on how close you have it to the fire ... Ours is set in to our chimney and the fire guard attaches to the chimney Brest ... Perfect !! And fast delivery aswell

Perfect fit and a perfect solution to our requirements for our open fire., 5 Dec. 2015
Very practice fire guard bought for our open Fire to protect our baby from the hearth, the materials don't got too hot so if he dies go up to the bars they don't scold him. The door at the front still allows us access to clean the fire out and we can easily tend the fire from the top when in use. The ability to fix it securely to the wall ensures little one can't pull it over on top of him so all in all we are extremely pleased with this purchase it fits perfectly!

The pictures on the website when compared to the fitting ..., 19 Oct. 2015
The pictures on the website when compared to the fitting instructions are very misleading. I bought a 46D x 138W fireguard, but when I read the fitting instructions it informed me that the front of the fireguard should be at least 95CM from the heat source. This would be nigh on impossible if you want to achieve the 46D x 138W dimensions as advertised, and show pictorially on the website.Very disappointing!!C R Jones
