The pictures on the website when compared to the fitting instructions are very misleading. I bought a 46D x 138W fireguard, but when I read the fitting instructions it informed me that the front of the fireguard should be at least 95CM from the heat source. This would be nigh on impossible if you want to achieve the 46D x 138W dimensions as advertised, and show pictorially on the website.Very disappointing!!C R Jones

This item looks fab, much smarter than most gates. It is very solid and fulfils it's function. The only problem is the measurements provided are a bit misleading as you need to allow for a small stand off with the brackets (about an additional 6cm). I had to ring safe tots and order a larger panel - although that was very straightforward and easy to resolve.
