Not strong enough for my little terror unfortunately., 12 July 2016

I got these yesterday and opened them straight away. Each of the locks is packaged in a seperate plastic bag all within a small cardboard box. I opened one of the packages and looked at the quality of the locks themselves.

They consist of a plastic lock attached to a piece of material, each end has a sticky patch which comes pretty attached. There were no instructions included within the box but they are simple enough to use.

It was clearly stated on here that they work best when attached and given 24 hours to fully adhere to the surface before being tested, so I attached one of the locks to our under sink cupboard which has 2 doors, sticking one plastic end onto each door. I left the lock to adhere.

Today I attempted to open the cupboard by undoing the lock, this was easy enough to do by pressing a catch which releases the lock. (Maybe too easy as an older toddler would be able to press the button with ease) I locked the cupboard again and repeated this several times...

An excellent product, 7 July 2016

I brought these safety locks for a friend whose baby has just started to crawl. As it's an extremely difficult job trying to keep curious toddlers who want to explore away from things that could potentially harm them.

These child safety locks are extremely well designed to secure your home and are guarenteed to prevent accidents happening. The good thing about these straps is the self adhesive tape sticks to many different surfaces, but they were mainly brought to lock the bottom cupboards in the kitchen. They are not made with bright colours which can attract the attentions of toddlers.

The straps are a good quality and extremely easy to use when your adult. The buckle is easy to click open when you are not a toddler. I think this is a much better design than some safety locks I have seen where you have to slide a latch across, which seems really time consuming when you have a little toddler to look after. Strong and secure, 10 July 2016

I received these items at a discounted rate in return for an honest product review. The locks are made of good quality plastic with a sturdy and strong strap. Very easy to fit and do exactly as described in deterring young hands from getting into drawers. He has tested them well through lots of pulling and banging of the drawers to try and gain entry but to no avail as the locks have held secure. Would definitely recommend for parents/grandparents of young children.
