Quick drying but not mirror shine as described, 17 Dec. 2012
I needed a top coat that was cheap and cheerful without breaking the budget like OPI or Essie brands. This works well in terms of drying quickly but doesn't shine but if it was based on drying time then this is a winner. Delivery was quick and cost of the product and p&p was reasonable.
