chose this as I saw it recommended in a magazine. well it lived up to expectations! I often wear clear nail polish, I have strong,quite white nails but they can sometimes look faintly off white, this improved them wonderfully, always getting compliments now! bought one for my daughter, she loves it too! Don't forget to wet it before use.

Best nail whitener pencil I've used, 9 Dec. 2014

I've been using the Sally Hansen nail whitener for years now. When the French Manicure first became fashionable I found it time consuming to apply and didn't like the fake look. With clear nail polish it really makes your nails noticeable in a good way. I wonder if the lady that gave it such a poor review has tried applying it under the nail tip - either wet the pencil or apply after wetting and drying your hands. The nails are usually still damp and the pencil will not wipe off easily. It's so easy to re-apply after washing hands that it looks good all day. I've tried other pencils but none do the job as well

I usually love Sally Hansen products but thus just does nit measure up . The cuticle pusher is the only good thing here the whiter nail pencil isn't great doesn't colour well and wipes straight off with minimum touch
