Awful quality, 19 Sept. 2013

We have ordered this item for our first baby and when it arrived I had to refuse delivery as it was not packed properly. You clearly could see that someone was in a hurry to get it out of the door no matter what. As the item looked so nice in the picture I asked for a replacement item. This was not delivered when they said it would and I had to chase Amazon a few times to say the least. This time it was packed better however when we opened it, again it was damaged which for that price I was not willing to accept. Amazon only offered a £25 discount which for a damaged item I was not willing to accept, so I have returned the item. I would suggest not buying from Amazon as the last few times I have had only bad experiences, this is definitely one of the worst quality I have seen
