After reading the reviews, even though only three given, they were quite positive, I ordered this item. Big mistake! Description is totally off. Impossible to cut a straight edge. The tape for window frame is white, and not clear. I made sure window frame was thoroughly cleaned, and dried. Applied sticky tape, cut mesh as best as I could. Went to fit mesh, and the tape had fallen off! Tried 3x, before I thought it'd stuck. Couldn't apply mesh straight, so I gently tried o remove it from tape. Well, what can I say? The edges were ragged, and mesh was totally out of shape and had a few holes. By the time I'd turned, to put mesh in the bin, surprise, 3/4 of the tape had fallen off! Yes, the mesh was inexpensive, but definitely, in my opinion, utterly useless. I WOULD NOT recommend this product.

what a WASTE of money, 23 July 2014
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!as cheap as it was... what a WASTE of money. No sooner had I put the sticky strips on they were peeling away. I persisted and pressed firmly to keep them stuck on (I have double glazing so PVC surface) therefore absolutely no protection from any flying insects etc. The netting is very roughly cut to a size although it is fairly stretchy. To be honest it's nothing you can't make up yourself a bit of net and double sided sticky tape!

Good item but needs to be strenghened at the top as the net comes away from the top very easily but anything is good as long it keeps the pesky wasps and such out.
