Poorly stitched and made! The first one I received started to come apart after only three (short) outings. The stitching on the velcro started to fray so that the velcro came undone and the pad then was unable to stay in place. Thinking itbwas a one off faulty item I returned it to the seller and after much protracted wrangling I was issued a replacement. After another few uses and one long journey, the same thing happened again. The item is well thought out and comfortable for my 4 year son to nap on but the quality is so unbelievably poor. I have re stitched the velcro as I couldn't face contacting the seller again - who were unhelpful and obstructive in the extreme first time round. Hoping that my diy sewing skills stand the test of further use!

As a University Dr of Psychology I often see products sold without real consideration for purpose, for this Belt protector to be of any help it should be installed BACK TO FRONT placing the padding AGAINST the body NOT on the outside....this one has its Motif wrong side.Place Padding against the body and the Belt over it. OK?

Bright colour but cushion is not thick enough., 8 Feb. 2016
Colour is lovely,material is soft but the cushion inside is not thick enough.I bought the same in pink and cushion was very thick. It protects childs neck but i am a bit dissappinted when comparing it to the other pink one.
