I received this item prompt in good time and in excellent condition. The sling itself for my little one wasn't so great.It felt more like a shopping bag when my baby was in. My little girl is 8 weeks and weighs 10Ibs and the weight made the sling droop down towards my stomach as I was wearing it. It didn't stay near my chest as the picture shows. I also felt there was no head or body support either, It did have straps inside to ensure safety but as she laid inside it the top end came forward which made her head come forward onto her chest and her legs went up at the other end it wasn't a great position for her to lay comfortable while carried. So glad I didn't pay too much for this item as I'm not able to use it as my baby cried and didn't enjoy time in it.
