Perfect for kids!, 2 Sept. 2016

My 8 month old son is becoming very cheeky at mealtimes at the moment and is playing the ‘I drop this on the floor, you pick it up game’ which I am sure most children play at one stage or another! I don’t mind bits of food going on the floor, however, when he throws the plastic plate it isn’t very funny, well to me anyway, he finds it hilarious!

We were recently sent a brilliant product to try out and review which meant he wouldn’t be able to throw his plate on the floor anymore. The plate/mat provides the perfect solution for messy eaters. The mat is a silicone plate and placemat all in one and, although it doesn't have suction cups on the bottom like others we have tried, it does stick to the highchair tray. My son has tried to lift it on a couple of occasions, however, has only managed to lift the edges up, not the whole tray. The product had arrived in an Amazon cardboard box. To be honest, I was not expecting this. I was very pleasantly surprised. The product is made from high quality materials and should last a while. When you wet the bottom of it a bit, it would stick to the table and would not be possible to throw it off it. We lowered the high chair for our daughter and she is now sitting at the table on which we can fasten the suction bowl. The mat does not have any smell (like some similiar products tend to have), it has a lovely texture and colour. We love it.

This was my first opportunity to review a Silivo product and so far I am happy with the brand in general. I would recommend this Anti-slip suction Placemat to others and I would buy it myself in the future.

My daughter now looks forward to meal times!, 25 Aug. 2016

I got this for my daughter as she is very little for her age and is a very poor eater. We will try anything to help her eat so when I saw this I thought I would try it as is looks very fun.

Once ordered it was delivered extremely quickly and came nicely packaged and arrived undamaged.

After a quick wash it was ready to use and my daughter was really looking forward to using it.

The plate is very nicely made and has 3 compartments, 1 main and 2 smaller sections. It has extra space around the compartments for fork and spoons.

The back of the mat offers a lot of resistance so it can not slide over the table so the child can easily get their food without chasing it all over the place. It is very soft to touch so will not hurt anyone so is very safe indeed.

It is easy to carry as well, I had worries of it tipping with it being silicone but it is stiff enough to hold its shape.
