i still have my original ones i use for ballet and i've been using them for about 6 years (since i started pointe work) so they, 5 Dec. 2014
I use these for my ballet training when i'm en pointe and they do their job perfectly, stopping my big toes being squashed in even more by the shoe as my toes curve round anyway so i was risk of getting bunions. However when wearing them with normal shoes they can slip out of place which causes them to become uncomfortable but as long as you make sure they are in properly before you put your socks/shoes etc on they should stay in.They last ages, i still have my original ones i use for ballet and i've been using them for about 6 years (since i started pointe work) so they are really good quality, they hold their shape and are really easy to clean

I guess these are a marmite product and you'll either get on with them or not. Also which size is going to be very individual so buy all three and find out. I suspect they will be too large for smaller feet looking at some other reviews.I have a small bursa (precursor to a Mortons neuroma) between my 3rd and 4th toe causing shooting pains down my toes, but also starting get a huge amount of ball of foot pain. One of these to seperate the toes (small size and I have size 10 feet) and my symptoms improved so much I was able to remove my orthotic and am practically symptom free (with socks on to keep it in place or else it will slip out)

Not worth the money my advice don't buy this item, unless you can put up with discomfort when walking far
