A great wash, 26 Mar. 2016

Luckily our family is mostly free of skin conditions or irritations apart from very occasional flare-ups, mostly during the height of the pollen season. But for those of you who this is more key for, this product is endorsed by the National Eczema Society. The packet also indicates that it is phosphate free and endorsed by the Vegan Society since not tested on animals.

Now I usually put my detergent directly into the drum, but for the purposes of the review I was advised to put the tab at the back of the drawer. I thought I did this correctly but my first load failed as the tab was still in the drawer after the wash. Instead I had to remove the drawer entirely from its housing in order to put the tab right at the very very back as per the photo below. A bit fiddly really, as fingers can't reach that area otherwise, but I assume that must be the only area the water reaches in my drawer. I'll probably stick to my normal practice of popping it directly in the drum in...

disclosure was sent these by the company as well as their other tablets, in exchanged for a honest review.

I tried these tablets out at first i wasnt to sure to how well they would work as im abit skeptic when it comes to washing tablets i always think that 1 tablet or 2 will never be enough as i normally use mountains of washing powder to make sure my clothes come out clean and smell good each and very time.

anyway I did a load of washing again today using 1 of these tablets and i must say my washing not only come out clean but come out feeling better then it usually does, it came out smelling nice but think that was the fabric conditioner as these are ment to be fragrance free.

Simply Great for Sensitive Skin, 25 Mar. 2016

I have been using Simply Pure and Simply Sensitive for a few weeks now and mainly because of the fact that my youngest son has Eczema, it has been hard to find a washing powder which wont make it flare up.

The Simply soft-tabs are simple to use, just chuck one in the washing machine drawer and switch the machine on. I am sceptical about using tabs normally as I am wary of them not breaking down properly and being left with washing powder residue in the drawer itself. This was not the case with the Simply soft-tabs though as they disappeared straight away in to the machine to cleaning my sons clothing.

The are fragrance free which is a plus for me as it means that there is no harsh fragrances to effect my sons skin and I do like the fact that they are Vegan friendly and approved by the National Eczema Society as this means that I get that extra tick of knowing that I'm choosing the right thing for my sons sensitive skin.
