I brought this for my 5 year old daughter, it arrived within a couple of days. The base is pretty good the slats are a bit flimsy but seem to be holding up! the mattress is ok for now but will probably need a new one in the next six months. However I think the main frame of the bed will be around for a long time. My daughter loves it, it's a nice height for her and we've put teddies between the hearts and will probably get a string of pink fairy lights to go around the head board to finish it off!Great product for the money! Wouldn't hesitate to buy again!

The bed is solid, but the mattress is terrible., 7 Jun. 2014
The bed is solid, and was very easy to put together. The slats that support the mattress seem cheap. I wouldn't want to sleep on them as a grown man, but they've held up fine for my 6-year old girl. If she starts jumping on the bed I wouldn't be surprised if they snap though.The bed frame itself looks nice and it was very easy to put together. It did arrive very dirty though, which was a surprise. I had to take soap and water to the entire thing before I assembled it. That was an unexpected nuisance. Once assembled though, it's stable and looks great for a little girl's room.The mattress that comes with this bed is terrible. There's almost no padding, and you can feel each spring when you lay down on it. I bought a mattress pad to put atop it for now, but I expect I'll be changing it out for a better quality mattress in the near future.

The bed it's self is perfect my 4 year old loves it, the mattress however not so good my daughter kept falling out of the bed and one occasion split her lip bit to springy to be for a child's bed, had to purchase a bed guard which was annoying because she never fell out of her cot bed and didn't have a guard. Delivery very quick came with in 2 days.
