Having tried bottles of all kinds over the years we have finely found on that genuinely does not leak. My children use their bottles for school and sports clubs. They are easy to open and close with a simple twist. Even my toddler is able to do it by herself. The lid does over time gather some mould if it's not cleaned thoroughly. There are some excellent ideas on how to do this in some of the other reviews here. I tend to soak mine lids and that always seems to work. I wouldn't by any other brand of drinks bottle now and have been using these for years. I also can highly recommend the lunch boxes and snack pots.

THE PERFECT SIPPY BOTTLE, 11 Feb. 2018

I bought two of these bottles & am just about to order two more. I am a mature lady & these are for myself, not for children. I am delighted with these BPA-free bottles which I find are just the right size for me. I have bought several different bottles over the past few years & find many are difficult to keep clean as you have to strip them down each time you wash them as the seal is susceptible to gathering mould. There is none of this with the Sistema bottles & I have found them easy to keep clean using bottle & teat brushes along with bicarbonate of soda & water. I have thrown away many of my more expensive bottles as a chemical smell develops after several washes. So far, none of that with these much cheaper, Systema models. At last I feel that I have found a safe & practical bottle. Thank you

Perfect for school and activities, 20 Sept. 2017

Used these bottles throughout the school year for my 4 year old. Found that they didnt leak and went well repeatedly through the dishwasher. They are easy to open and close with a simple twist for a four year old. I wouldn't by any other brand of drinks bottle now and have bought for this next school year. This is the perfect size also for little hands and weight when full.
