bags that are fun & practical! excellent!, 30 Aug. 2015

I love these products. Absolutely excellent quality, large enough bag to use as a change bag. In my one year olds bag is: 6 nappies, pack of wipes, 2 leggings, 2 tops, 2 vests, travel change mat, nappy bags and cream, a bib, muslin and three small toys. Thats pretty good in my book!

Genuine item but arrived damaged - twice, 10 Sept. 2016

We received a genuine one of these bags, unlike other reviewers. However, there were unsightly black marks on the pink face which did not wipe off (no, not the eyes and mouth of the ladybird, before you ask!). Thinking ourselves to be unlucky, we ordered a second one, only to find exactly the same problem. On examining the bag it appears that the cause of the problem might be the central black zip, as the bag arrives folded flat and the stain seems to be coming from the inside out rather than being on the outside (hence why it won't wipe off).We've had to keep the second one we ordered as it was for our daughter's first day at school; she desperately wanted the bag and the replacement did not arrive until the night before we needed it. Disappointed as we had understood this to be a quality product and other reviewers do not seem to have experienced the same issue.

Great quality and we even put ours through the washing ..., 28 Sept. 2017

Our second skip hop zoo backpack (our first was the unicorn) and they are fab! Great quality and we even put ours through the washing machine and it came out fine. A little more expensive than other brands but well worth spending a bit more for something that will last. One small note is that the A4 exercise books only just fit (the corners have to bend a little) so if you carry a harder A4 folder/book it may not fit.
