Not much shape to the dress but as a holiday/beach dress it is fabulous. It is rather see-through so would at least need a waist slip with it if worn as a summer dress but I was delighted that it fitted, in fact it is quite roomy which is nice in the hot weather. With a bolero top it would look good. If you purchase this as a beach/holiday dress I don't think you'll be disappointed; if you purchase it as an evening dress you'll probably find it a little too see through and flimsy.

It is basically a strappy, loose fitting dress to mid thigh length then there are two wide lace panels in the lower part of the skirt; with a slip underneath you can see you undies or bikini so a slip advised when away from the beach.

Arrived direct from the seller in three days so really good service.

Slightly see through but very pretty dress, 7 April 2016

When receiving my Skyblue-uk Beach Dresses Womens Lace Splice Backless Strappy Party Evening Beach Long Maxi Dress I was slightly concerned as when I held it up it up i could practically see through it. I put my hand up through it and I could see my hand very clearly. When trying it on the dress was slightly on the large side but as that was the desired look I was going for I didnt really mind that. I really like the design of the dress but as I said it is very see through. If I wanted to wear this dress I would have to wear a bikini underneath or possibly shorts and a bikini top as if you wore normal underwear you would show a lot more than you would want to. But I would say its perfect for the beach if just wearing a bikini underneath. Very pretty dress all in all and would be perfect for a holiday.

Lovely Light Skyblue-Uk Beach Dress, 26 Jun. 2016

The Skyblue - uk beach dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. the day it arrived was a hot sunny day, I wore it a light weight cardigan and it was really comfortable and light to wear and would be great to wear in the summer and would also be great as a beach dress as well. The dress is quite see through abd is a nice fit for me anyway a little loose which is great in the summer, the material is very soft and comfortable to wear. the dress was too long for me so I had to take it up before wearing but this is usual for me as I'm very short.I would highly recommend the skyblue-uk beach dress its a nice easy to wear dress that you could wear anywhere on a hot day or on holidays an dit would be great on the beach as well. I received this dress at a reduced rate in return for my honest and unbiased review of which this is.
