Slumbersac Baby Sleeping Bags - the safe and comfortable way for all babies to sleep. It is quite normal for babies to wake regularly during the night, particular in the first few months. However, research has proven that when waking babies wriggle causing them to kick off, tangle in, or even slip down under conventional blankets and duvets. Either way, your baby becomes either too hot or too cold. It is this discomfort which can cause distress and the inevitable crying!
Slumbersac replaces blankets and duvets keeping baby at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Your baby will be warm and therefore be more likely to go back to sleep. The longer your baby sleeps means more sleep for you!
All Slumbersac Sleeping Bags come in three sizes from Birth (8lb) up to around 36 months. You have a choice of three tog ratings. 2.5 tog is the standard for year round use at room temperatures from 15-21 degrees, 1 tog is only lightly padded and suitable for room temperatures 18-24 degrees and 0.5 tog is for hot summer nights and summer holidays with room temperatures above 24 degrees.
Our Slumbersac SIMPLY Sleeping bags are made from 100% Cotton/Jersey and 100% Cotton lined and can be easily machine washed and tumble dried.

This may sound a bit over 'enthusiastic' but we couldn't have lived without 'the sleeping bag' in our house with both of our children and I have purchased 18 of them between my two little ones (Girl and Boy so bought in different colours, togs and sizes) over the last few years. Both of my children have been wrigglers and covers just became tangled or kicked off with them then waking as they were either cold or didn't have the comfort of a cover and so Slumbersac's became a necessity for bedtimes.
Every Slumbersac (bar one design that ended up with stitching coming loose) I have bought has been fantastic and has survived many laundry cycles in the washing machine and tumble drier (40degrees wash and tumble dry on low heat). Quite a lot such as this striped one actually were used first with my son and then with my daughter as the design was pretty neutral and this saved some money purchasing new ones in girly colours.
