Slumbersac Baby Sleeping Bags - the safe and comfortable way for all babies to sleep. It is quite normal for babies to wake regularly during the night, particular in the first few months. However, research has proven that when waking babies wriggle causing them to kick off, tangle in, or even slip down under conventional blankets and duvets. Either way, your baby becomes either too hot or too cold. It is this discomfort which can cause distress and the inevitable crying!
Slumbersac replaces blankets and duvets keeping baby at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Your baby will be warm and therefore be more likely to go back to sleep. The longer your baby sleeps means more sleep for you!
Slumbersac Sleeping Bag scomes in six sizes from Newborn up to 10 years. You have a choice of four weights. The Standard weight for year round use and room temperatures between 15-21 degrees is approx. 2.5 Tog, the summer weight is approx. 1.0 tog and is used in warmer rooms and suitable for room temperatures between 18 and 24 degrees, the unpadded light weight is approx. 0.5 tog and perfect for hot summer days and room temperatures above 24 degrees, the winter weight is approx. 3.5 Tog and suitable for room temperatures below 18 degrees.
All Slumbersac Sleeping bags are made from 100% cotton and 100% cotton lined and can be easily machine washed and tumble dried.

I own the 12-36 month size.
* The USP for this product is that it comes in a 12-36 month size which is excellent. Most other brands do 0-6 and 6-12 etc. This means that baby has more leg room to move around and stretch out.
* The slumbersac is by far better value for money as you get more use out of it for longer as the sizing is so practical.
* Because the sizing options are so good, there is by far the best length and leg room on offer (I have owned grobag and mothercare sleeping bags and they do not compare in this department)
* There is one central zip and another at the feet - also have the option to fold and secure the bottom half of the sac for baby when they are still smaller. As well as reducers at the arm holes so they don't wriggle down into the bag. Other sleeping bags offer a side zip which is great but not ideal if you have a side sleeping baby as the zip digs into them.
