Our gorgeous Slumbertoes baby winter booties are made from water resistant material and lined with soft fleece for warmth and comfort. They are hand made and have a non-slip suede leather sole to provide extra grip for crawling and walking.

Slumbertoes booties come in four sole sizes and simply slip on - the rib sock and ankle elastic gently hug the foot to ensure the booties stay in place and keep your child warm during the colder season.

Measure your baby's feet, from heel to the tip of the big toe, to ensure the correct size:
Size 1/0-6 months fits up to 11 cm
Size 2/6-12 months fits up to 12 cm

I wanted booties which would keep my babies feet warm and dry. I also wanted them to flexible enough so that I didnt have to shoehorn them onto her feet but they were also required to stay put, particularly dangling from busy legs in a baby carrier. Cuteness was secondary in all of this, being sick of losing pretty footware within seconds of leaving the door or spending minutes wrestling them onto feet. I confess I really wanted some Stonz but I feel they are so overpriced...so when I saw these I thought they would do the job even though the picture doesn't really sell them.

Am so pleased I bought them! In the packet they still look pretty unappealing...but on the foot they actually look fabulous and they meet the rest of the brief perfectly. Also they fit really well and so are easier for a mobile baby to wear...whereas the Stonz look a bit like buckets on the end of tiny feet! Completely biased view you appreciate!

So in summary, really like them, will buy more...

Really disappointed with these as far as product description goes. They are quite nice to look at, although the soles are shaped as two left feet rather than left and right. Because they are soft this doesn't really matter and they seem to be comfortable and warm INDOORS. Water resistant they are not. The outside is made of a sort of fleecy material and if a couple of drops of water fall on it, it does run off, but in no sense of the word are they water resistant, and I'm not confusing water resistant with waterproof. When I read that they are made of water resistant nylon material with a fleecy lining I thought it would be like anorak material and the illustration wasn't good enough to show the fleecy outer material. I would say that as slippers or pram shoes they are fine and certainly warm, but don't expect to walk anywhere the least bit damp, certainly not on wet grass.

Size seems ok I nout 6-12 months my little one is 5 and a little big but expected that! Great carrying foot wear!
