Cheap looking but surprisingly strong, 1 Mar. 2016

This pack of 305 Snowflake Creative Building Blocks looks very cheap in its packaging and indeed looks cheap out of it too. I tried bending them to see if they would snap and they are surprisingly strong! There is a leaflet in the pack with some design ideas that are handy, I made a quick flower design for the purpose of this review (not on the leaflet, how creative am I?) They were easy to stick together and im sure when my niece and nephew come to visit they will enjoy playing with these.

In my pack there is:

62 x yellow

48 x red

37 x pink

16 x blue

14 x black

I think I will get a plastic container to keep them in and they will look a lot better.

Space saving construction fun, 8 Mar. 2016

I was waiting to take pics of my girls playing with these before I reviewed but since they're kids the pics are all a blur. To be fair the pics on the listing are accurate, I'd say these are just a tiny bit bigger than a two pence piece, they're lightweight so easy for little fingers but big enough that they won't get swallowed which is always a bonus. They fit together easily and the building possibilities are endless, my four and six year olds both enjoy playing with them. Think of them like stickle bricks only smaller for storage purposes and easier for children to handle.

The size of them when flat in the bag is a big plus for me since there's enough of them to build exciting things but they take up zero space, the whole lot fit into a a freezer bag and take up no room at all in the toy box yet they can still build big things with them. Win win. I've ordered another pack for a friends kids birthday and will probably order more for other birthdays since I think they're a great...

Great little toy with lots of play value. But not for babies!, 8 Mar. 2016

These are interesting little discs that clip together to make different shapes. I bought them for my 3 year old, but to be honest, they are better suited to an older child.

Pro's: Small and easily put in a handbag for moments when you need a distraction like when at a restaurant or cafe.

There is an unlimited amount of shapes and things you can build.

There is a huge range of games that you can play to encourage learning like colour sorting and counting, in addition to making things.

300 pieces fit into quite a small space, but build up into quite large structures.

It's kind of addictive clipping them all together and trying to make shapes :D (I think we got more out of it than the 3 year old!)

Cons: The plastic is quite flimsy and the pieces break fairly easily. This probably wouldn't be such an issue if it was for anolder child.

The pieces are quite small, fine for the 3 year old, but not for the baby who likes to stuff everything in his mouth at...
