A very clever invention that makes you wonder why nobody has thought of it before. The Snug Travel Baby Cot is suitable for use as a travel cot from babies from birth to around five - six months, but can be used after this as a baby bag.
Externally the bag appears like many other lightweight baby bags, with an zipped flap closure running from the top to the bottom of the bag around three sides. On unzipping the bag and laying it flat, the bag is lined with a lightweight baby mattress, with the base and sides of the bag forming the 'headboard' and sides of a soft fabric cot.
The mattress has an integral soft head support for small babies. The stiffening for the cot/bag sides and headboard/bag base is a removable plastic liner which enables the bag to be folded flat for storage.
