Snuza Go utilises the same technology as the Snuza Baby Breathing Monitor to give you peace of mind that your baby is breathing well, any time, any where! NOTE USER Replaceable Batteries Snuza Go Monitor is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and ergonomically designed to easily fit comfortably on your baby's nappy, it is a monitoring device incorporating 'leading edge sensing' technology. Snuza Go differs from the Snuza Halo in that the Snuza Go does not have the vibrating stimulus function of the Snuza Halo. In place of the Vibrate function, Snuza Go hae replaceable batteries, which is a new feature for Portable Breathing Effort Monitors.

The only baby monitor to buy, 27 Sept. 2014
i stumbled across this on Amazon when looking for a new monitor. We have another sensor mat monitor but we get a lot of false alarms and our baby is sleeping in a cocoonababy so a mat sensor isn't very reliable. This is the best baby gadget we have bought easy to use simply clips on nappy. Switch it on when you put the baby down and you have all night monitoring. Our battery is going strong 5-6 weeks in. Well worth it. If I had my time again I wouldn't buy the angel care mat. I would just buy this with a standard sounds / video monitor.

Extra Peace of Mind for Anxious Parents, 8 May 2015

We have used this every night from his 2nd or 3rd night home from hospital and sleep soundly as a result: it is one of my very top baby purchases and I have already recommended it to several friends as such.

It's not tiny - about the height and width of a Creme Egg and about half the depth, but it doesn't seem to bother our baby at all. We have only had 2 false alarms in 3 months, both when we hadn't pushed it down onto his nappy waistband enough, but considering how much use it gets this is good going. Conversely on one occasion it fell off his nappy but continued to work as it sensed his breathing while he lay on top of it. For daytime naps I sometimes clip it onto the waistband of his trousers instead of his nappy and that seems to work as well). We are reassured that it continues to work, however, as the alarm hasn't yet failed to sound when we have forgotten to switch it off after removing it!

Before purchasing, I also considered the Snuza Hero but aside...

Essential item, 3 Sept. 2015

I think one of the main reasons we were told not to waste our money on items like this was that they were aimed to make money off paranoid parents. People who said that were either not parents or must have forgotten the sheer terror of watching anxiously over your delicate newborn as they sleep as paranoid parents need something like this even if it is just to allow them to sleep without worrying. Plus, cot death is a real thing that parents have to think of. I had my son (now 12 weeks) wear it every night and could not have got a wink of sleep without it. I seriously would have gotten out of bed every few minutes to check the baby was still breathing, and I don't doubt at all that my partner and I would have taken shifts sleeping so that one of us could have been watching over him sleeping at all times. Sounds extreme but new parents will know exactly what I mean. We used the ticking mode for the first two months and burned through 2 batteries during that time. Now it's on regular...
