A great invention!, 7 Feb. 2012
I bought these as a gift for a friend as I have several pairs for my own baby.They are such a great invention as they do exactly what they say - keep Baby's socks on! No more lost socks and cold feet for Baby! I also like the fact that they come in all colours and designs because they look cute.

Great, though perhaps not for bigger babies, 28 July 2010
I've used these on both my babies, and they are great for keeping socks on that wriggle off otherwise. Especially good if you are wearing baby in a sling/baby carrier, as gravity is really good at pulling socks off without these.I've seen some reviews saying that these are too small/too tight/might cause circulation problems. I've never been worried about this but then my two were quite lanky babies. If you have a big baby who is very healthy and chubby, then yes, they could be too tight, but I would say they are fine on normal babies for the first few months of life and I happily buy them as gifts for friends.
