The item came in good time. The heat pack is not as large as expected, in the picture the heat pack is shown to be deep enough to cover the shoulder blades, this however is not the case, even on my petite wife who it was ordered for.

I've have gout and various other muscular and joint pain but after 1m30secs in my microwave I'm literally in heaven for about 20-30 minutes and then I fire it up again. I absolutely love it however if like me you wish to remove the label be warned the seeds will go everywhere as it's connect to the main seem. I had to re-stitch it which didn't take more than 5 minutes and now it's as good as new & completely unnoticeable.
