Good product, which I used on my white beard. Since it's not meant for beards, it does bruch off rather easily, but I'm not worried about that as I only use it on Samba gigs the band I play in are booked for.It is very green and certainly attracted attention.Only 4 stars because the tub isn't very good. Used the product once, When I got home the back of the tub had split open and the contents have seeped into the bag it was in. Luckily, it was in it's own compartment. Basically, don't carry it around in your bag/purse/backpack or if you do, wrap it in a carrier bag or something else..... Forewarned and all that. Having said all that, it might just be I got a badly sealed one.

Crazy hair day, 6 May 2013

My five year old son had a crazy hair day in school to raise money for charity and I got this gel to spike his hair. it was great and the colour was really noticeable. it stayed in all day and really easy to wash out afterwards. Loads of mothers were asking me where I got it.

Great for crazy hair day at school., 2 Jan. 2016

Bought for my son's crazy hair day at school. Worked well - it didn't take much of the product to turn his (admittedly short) hair a bright shade of green. We then used hair grips to attach various plastic creepy crawlies to turn his hair into a wildlife patch. The bugs didn't last the day, but the colour did. By the end of the day it had dried and was more than powder in his hair, but the effect was still good. It washed out very easily in the bath that night and we also managed to get it all over his car seat - we vacuumed it out easily, but a good brush (once it had dried) would have been sufficient. Planning the next crazy hair day now - might get some other neon colours for an '80s look??!?
