Great for Maclaren XT, 19 May 2014
We got these to put onto our new Maclaren XT pushchair.The Maclaren XT like a number of other pushchairs come with rubber type grips - both my wife and I found that after a day out we were getting rubbing/ blisters where we'd been holding the pushchair.These are fantastic grips that (with a little washing up liquid and water) slide right over the stock grips and provide a much much nicer feel than the standard ones.I had to cut these down to length as each grip is pretty long (my tip would be to put them on then cut them to length straight after you put them on)...ours are now firmly fixed in place and give a really nice feel which is 100% better than the standard rubber grips on the Maclaren !!!

I was happy to receive this as the current grips were quite ..., 22 Nov. 2014
I was happy to receive this as the current grips were quite worn. Make sure you measure correctly - the diameter for our handle bars were 2.5cm so we go the 2-2.5cm size which was fine. The only problem was that the caps to the handle grips are permanent so we had to pull the grips over them following the instructions. As you have to wet the inside this needed to stretch over the caps. So now, the grips keep sliding down around half a centimetre which is actually quite annoying. You can pull them up from the bottom but still it is quite often, like every 5 mins this happens. Also, we had a heavy downpour and the rain made the inside very wet so they slipped down about 2 inches and were very slidy! I guess the only way to get around this is to have a buggy where the caps come off. At the end of the day it is not a bad product as I can't see anyway around it: the caps simply are permanently fixed to the handle bars.

Even though advertised to fit ,really hard to get on McLaren buggy. only managed to get half on then had to cut it shortOne handle is now splitting..
