Instruction booklet let's this item down. Found back holder far too high for baby and badly rubs her neck will have to find a way to alter this bit to make it more comfortable for her before I next use it.Found brilliant video on YouTube which was a great help were booklet was not.Suggest if you are about to purchase this item you watch the video first.
