This stuff is like liquid gold - utter magic. Applying the smallest amount at the first sign of any redness has instant results - by the next nappy change my baby's skin is perfect again. It's not cheap but is well worth the money - it's much faster-acting and easier to use than the original Sudocrem, in my opinion.
