Dissapointing, 22 May 2017

Rather disappointing - works fine for a bottom stair gate but on the top stair I think its quite dangerous! The material can't be tightened so as our walls/bannister are not 100% straight (who's are!?) it was all flappy at the bottom and my 11 month old son could slip under it!Very concerning so had to return and I can't really recommend. it might be ok if your walls/bannister are completed spot on but in our house it really didn't one.We originally bought 2 of these - had to return one that was going on top stair and will need to purchase a replacement! Have still used the other one on the bottom stair and works ok as I don't worry he is going to fall under it as its going up the stairs!

Great alternative to a steel baby gate. I use it to keep my two dogs from roaming around our living room while we're out.
