This is an excellent nasal aspirator for infants. Used with a few drops of saline and baby breathes easy once again restoring peaceful feeding and sleeping. It is easy to use and is easily cleaned. Has good suction, and a protective ridge to ensure one does not insert the unit too far into the nasal canal. It also comes with a toddler adaptor, so there is no need to buy a larger one later on. Great value for money.

Good idea, so so finish, 5 Feb. 2009
The idea is pretty good and it comes in a small package. However, when you put the two pieces together, that is the clear pointy part and the blue part in the back, the fit is not quite tight enough so the air leaks from the seal between the two parts of the pump. This means that the suction is not very powerful. I give it 4 stars because the aspirator is otherwise pretty ok and convenient.

Poorly manufactured rubbish, 13 Nov. 2010
Received today, 6 days after ordering, which is poor in my experience of Amazon service. Simple to fit together but it is made of light, springy plastic that can't stand the pressure of a light squeeze without falling apart. My wife's squeeze as well as mine.A bad deal if it only cost 50p because it doesn't do what it purports to. Buy something else.
