very useful, babies cant blow their noses!!we find that you often cant see the snottiness up her nose as its quite high up - and are surprised by what comes out!we use it every 2-3days along with a saline nasal spray (which softens the snottiness - as its harder to aspirate if the snottiness is dry!!)you have to suction repeatedly to get it all out, but our baby is used to it now and you can see the relief when its all clear.cheap, simple, easily cleaned and we dont go anywhere without it.

Useless item!, 17 April 2009
I bought one of these as our baby is very snuffly at night. It is useless, it is too big to connect to babies nose and has no suction what so ever. A waste of money, dont buy!

Excellent for clearing babies stuffy nasal passages. No aspirator is simple due to wriggling bubs but we found this product to be be excellent after a few attempts and with the 3 piece structure meant it was always easy to clean. Excellent value.
