Perfect for my newborn with a strong startle reflex, who needs to feel "held" to sleep, 19 Oct. 2015
My newborn needed to feel "held" whilst she slept. This pod is soft and very stretchy and she has room to move her arms and legs around inside her pod. The idea of the pod is to help baby feel snuggled, stop her arms from thrashing around and waking herself up at night, or scratching her face with those newborn nails.The pod also unzips from the bottom so if you have a nappy emergency at night, you can quickly unzip and change, without fully waking baby too much. We have ordered a 3-6 month now, as we tried a standard sleeping bag for a few nights, but nothing works as well as the pod.

Such a useful, good quality item - my newborn daughter cannot sleep without it as she has a very strong Moro reflex and wakes herself up screaming if she goes to sleep without the Swaddle Pod on. We've tried traditional swaddling methods but she always manages to free her arms no matter how well we'd swaddled her (she's been nicknamed 'Houdini' now!). She can also no longer scratch her face as her arms remain securely tucked inside the Swaddle Pod. I'm so impressed with the product that I've ordered another two to make sure she always has a clean one to sleep in. Highly recommended.

Very good swaddle, baby seems comfy in it and its very good for changing nappy without disturbing their sleep. She didn't like her previous regular swaddle but she sleeps with this so thumbs up
