The cushion has an elastic strap that is fixed an non-adjustable. The strap is very short and I find it hard to imagine it would fit any car seat. It might just fit a dining room chair. This makes it difficult to keep the cushion in the right position for lumbar support, it needs to fit into the curve of the back. If the cushion just rests on the seat as in the picture it is in totally the wrong position. I managed to adapt the cushion by fitting my own straps with items from my sewing box. It would not be worthwhile buying this unless you have can do the adjustments without further spending on materials.

Comfortable, However...., 3 Jun. 2016
I got this for my wife to replace an existing one (not THG) that had seen better days. She is very pleased with it and finds it extremely comfortable, giving her very good support. However I have found one problem. The elastic tape at the back used to secure the cushion to the car seat is, on my car, too short by a fair margin. My car seat has "wings" as per the photo and the elastic will not stretch over them to secure the cushion to the backrest. Not a serious problem I admit, be it means continually putting the cushion back in position every time someone sits in the seat,.as when the last person got out of the car the cushion invariably falls flat on the seat. A longer elastic would have helped, as there was on the one that was replaced.However, that problem aside, my wife, the user of it, would recommend the cushion for the excellent comfort and support it gives her.
