Never any leakages and - crucially - you can't see them under fitted clothing. Some of the other brands have almost a 'seam' in the middle which is visible - these are invisible, comfortable and never slip. I'm a 36G and they give great coverage/absorbency.

These breast pads are very absorbent and extremely comfortable. I have tried various other brands where the gel inside the pad is left on your skin which is not very nice for baby, which does not happen with the Tommee Tipee brand.
