Made from soft anti-pill fleece fabric which stretches gently to allow tiny toes to spread and offers maximum flexibility when kicking, crawling and walking. The soft, stretchy neoprene soles have a spongy feel to them which gives extra comfort and confidence whilst walking and offers excellent grip on slippery floors.

These are very soft, flexible washable, and yet also non-slip. I would really recommend them, as my 18 month daughter wears them happily all the time in the house. My only quibble is that the advert wasn't very clear on what the sizes actually were. I guessed in the end, and thankfully my guess was correct!
