The mat stays flat when sleeping bag is laid over it and is easily rolled up to pack up. Although seemingly thin, it is able to buffer the roughness of the ground. I have been comfortable and have good undisturbed sleep in my bag over it. Thank you

Great in terms of how comfortable it is. Only downside is that it isn't very durable. For it to last you have to be very careful. If not it will end up having marks and scratches and even ripping at worse
