When looking at the colour choices available I finally settled on the yellow. In the flesh its a lovely sunflower yellow that is bright and cheerful and not easy to lose when you place it down. But due to its excellent portability I’m carrying this around in my daily tote as its so good at getting through my long hair when it needs a quick touch up when I’m out.

This lovely blue hairbrush with the manufacturers name "Dusk" printed on the back of the brush. It arrived without a box which was slightly disappointing but it did not distract me from the fact that the brush was perfect and looked very well made.
I found that although my hair is long and really thick, it glided through my hair and did not break my hair or hurt me. I did notice that they bristles were arranged unusually compared to other brushes. The rows of bristles seem to be different lengths. This probably is why it prevents your hair getting pulled. The bristles are straight with no rounded points on the ends of them but just straight and made of plastic.
The brush has a sort of paisley shape to it and it is easy to hold the handle while brushing your hair.
