This is my Favourite of all the Taylors shaving creams I have tried. Lemon & lime/shave shop/sandlewood & Taylors original in the black tub. My 2nd best is the Lemon & Lime. The Eton College shaving cream lathers really well and smells really great and the missus loves the smell also which is a bonus. I really can't fault any of the Taylors products, they are all superb.

I've tried the Sandalwood and the Luxury versions of this product and to my mind I think the Eton College version is the best one. It lathers really well and seems to contain a higher glycerin level than the others so shaving is super-smooth with no nicks - love it! The smell is also very pleasant. This has quickly become my favourite shaving cream.

You can't beat Taylor's, I've always said that and most likely always will. Very easy to whip up a thick foam and has a glorious citrus note to it, identical to the aftershave. Softens the hairs well and lets the blade slide over with no resistance what so ever. I alternate between this and Taylor's Sandalwood shaving cream, and will never go back to a can again. There is just something so very relaxing in using a good cream with a sharp blade compared to rushing it with a multi-blade or electric shaver, a slower paced, dare I say more civilised way to start the day.
