I bought this travel cot/play pen about a month before my grand daughter was born. Although I've had it for 9 months it was only used for the first time on the 30th August. This was when it was noticed that the zip was broken in such a way that it rendered it unusable as a travel cot, the main use it was bought for.
I contacted the seller Tec Take explaining this but was told that although the product had a two year warranty and the item was over 6 months old I could not claim for a replacement because I couldn't prove that the item was faulty at the time of delivery. Even after explaining that it was only used for the first time after 9 months in the house therefore the fault was clearly there when received I was told in no uncertain terms that no replacement would be forthcoming. And that my only choice would be to purchase a new one!
Needless to say I will not be buying a new Tec Take travel cot/pen. Their after sales service if absolutely rubbish and any...
